Why fr&nk

About us

fr&nk is a partnership that pulls no punches about its mission — capability.

Everything we do is about helping organisations to be capable of managing health and safety in whatever they do.

Led by Naomi Kemp and Rick Fox, fr&nk is straightforward, open and sincere (AKA, frank).

Since 2022, fr&nk has been at the forefront of designing transformative experiences that drive health and safety capability. We partner with leaders across various industries to implement innovative strategies that build capability and change behavior. Our success is built on collaborative efforts, making us a trusted partner for those looking to achieve impactful results.

Our health and safety consulting balances organisational strategy and objectives, while cutting through bureaucracy and uncovering hidden abilities. Our aim is to provide clarity on what works when it comes to systems, customs and people, and how to facilitate change that resonates through every level.

When it comes to improving your health and safety capability, we are — quite frankly —leaders.
