A clearer approach to psychosocial risk.
Investigate.
“Something’s happened”…
Independent, defensible investigations into specific matters. Not a diagnostic. Not a strategy. A finding you can rely on.
Understanding psychosocial risk starts with asking the right question.
Depending on what your organisation needs to understand, we use one of three distinct approaches.
Understand.
“Where do we stand?”
A clear-eyed map of current psychosocial hazards across your organisation. Not an investigation. Reported in aggregate.
Build.
“Where are we headed?”
Strategy, structure and leadership capability, so today's hazards don't become next year's investigation.
Investigate
Independent. Defensible. A finding you can rely on.
When something has already happened, you need a clear, independent process, and a finding that holds up. Our investigations are run by non-clinical, WHS-trained investigators, disclosed as investigations from the outset, with consent, scope and process made clear to everyone involved.

Build
Strategy, structure and capability for what's next.
Once you know your risk, the real work is building an organisation that doesn't recreate it. We work on structure, governance, leadership capability and role design, so the hazards you've identified don't simply resurface next year.
